We’re right where old meets new – at the former Lim Tua Tow Market and Gor Kok Jiok, now reimagined for modern living.
From Changi Airport, we’re a 20–25 minute drive.
MRT more your vibe? Head to Serangoon, take Exit B, and we’re a walk away.
Parking available?
Yes, basement parking with EV charging stations – because progress comes with plugs.

What’s the minimum stay?
Six nights for Co-Dwelling Rooms, one month for Serviced Residence Apartments.
How many people can stay in one room?
Two max. Mber’s intimate – not a crowd.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Wi-Fi, electricity, water – all sorted. Sustainability’s part of the deal.
Do you clean the rooms?
Weekly housekeeping, so it always looks sharp (even when you don’t).

Pet Policy
We love four-legged mischief – but only on the front porch. Dogs, cats, or whatever spirit you bring are welcome to lounge, sniff, and charm but just keep them leashed and in check. Bed- rooms are strictly humans-only territory. Think of it as a stylish compromise: pets get the scene, you get the suite.
Smoking policy
Smoke-free indoors. Step outside to light up respectfully.
Can I shoot photos or film here?
If it’s personal, go ahead. If it’s commercial, talk to us first – we like to look good, but on our own terms.
